Vienna Community Arts has two instructional tracks:
- Vienna Academy: uses a traditional approach to classical music training and performance preparation.
- Vienna Community: emphasizes learning an instrument for enjoyment with family and community groups in informal settings.
Instruction is for all ages and levels of expertise. All music lessons are structured to meet individual needs of students.
- Individual: one on one instruction.
- Buddy lessons: for two students of similar skill level.
- Small group: for beginning string, guitar and keyboard, or basic introduction to an instrument. Guitars and string instruments can be rented through Vienna Piano & String Works.
- Group classes: are offered quarterly in Music Appreciation, Music History, and Music Theory. Contact us for course schedule.
- Keyboard Capers: Group class for K-2 or 3rd to 5th graders. Teaches basic music literacy. Fun exploration on the keyboard. Group and individual performance. Use of folk music from around the world. Meets Saturday mornings.
NEW! Summer Performance Choir
Provides opportunity to expand vocal repertoire for current choir members.Chance to explore joy of singing and sharing through community service projects.
Final performances at area senior homes.

Explore songs of Stephen Foster, Woody Guthrie.
