Vienna Community Arts

We teach beginning through advanced level piano, classical guitar, violin, and ukulele. We offer individual voice lessons and group lessons as well as German Heritage Choir.

Our students come from diverse musical backgrounds. We offer classes to children (age 5 and up), adults, and families.

Students are expected to commit to a semester of lessons (approximately 12).

Single session coaching meetings are available to students by arrangement.

Registration is by semester, but students may sign up at anytime during the semester.

Lessons are typically 30 to 45 minutes long. Lessons may be 20 minutes for younger students.

Herbert offers the option of lessions in German. He is also available to tutor students in academic subjects in German.

Tuition is due in one payment, before the sessions begins, or by arrangement with VCA office.

We accept personal checks or bank bill pay.

Tuition covers lesson time, recitals, conference time with parents, and teacher prep.

Our rates are $30 to $34 for a half hour lesson.

We offer a limited number of makeups per student each semester.

Due to the prep time associated with each lesson, we greatly appreciate 24-hour notice if a student needs to miss a session. Arranged makeups need to be completed by the end of the semester.
